How many of us have said "I'd give ANYTHING to lose this weight"? I know I have. But I really didn't mean it. When you mean it, you find that you CAN lose the weight. But what you have to give is time, effort and persistance. You have to put in the workouts. (3-5 times a week) and you have to actually work out. I always used the excuse "This is the best I can do" but was it really, or was it all I was willing to do? Yes, my knees hurt, my back hurts, my hips hurt, I have headaches, but I commit, I go, I do, I try and I will succeed.
If you really want to "do anything", then do something. Workout, log your calories, don't cheat, don't wimp out and stick with it. I am going to do this. I will not quit. I will succeed. You can too. Join me?
