There is a restaurant in Tucson that has the absolute best pancakes I have ever tasted. I am sitting there right now....alone. I looked over longingly at the table next to me, both ladies eating my favorite thing. I decided that I could not indulge today and ordered something a bit healthier. I know that once in awhile I will come here and treat myself but I am not there yet. My indulgences right now are a bit of dark chocolate, a small piece of cheese. I am a cheese lover....which is one thing I know I cannot totally deny myself. So my indulgences have to be appropriately numbered and the pancakes, although fantastic, are not far enough up there on my list. I realize that I got myself in this predicament by allowing myself all indulgences. Big mistake! So, someday I will come here and order the thin, wonderful blueberry pancake and savor every bite, because it will be special. Ahhhh! I can taste it now.
