-Drink at least 8 glasses of water
-Yoga and/or strength training + Core Work (Today would be my "off" day from exercise this week, but I'd still like to work on some strength training)
-Log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
Yesterday was good. When I look back at my blogs, I start to see a pattern. Seems like I have a great day, then a "not so great" day and I keep switching back and forth. I got all of my water in and then some, plus I had some killer workouts! I did my regular core work on my lunch break, but this week I've added in 50 more reverse crunches to target my lower abs and possibly give me a leg up on the fitness challenge at work. I stepped outside the comfort zone yesterday and went to the 30 minute abs class, CX Works, before my hour long Body Combat Class. It was great! It was extremely challenging but made my body feel like a million bucks! I went a little over in my calories and could've avoided it by eating more throughout the day, so I will really focus on that today. I have not been eating out at all, although it's been tempting. I don't think I've eaten out in about 3 weeks. I"m happy to start feeling like some of these new positive habits are starting to stick, and they are getting easier.
Today's dedication: Today I dedicate all my positive energy and good intentions to my relationship with God. It could use some nurturing.
