I have finally reached the "oh crap" for my weight again. I kept putting on clothes that I can't fit into. I have settled into the same comfy clothes for months. My wonderful man went and bought me some pants that were a size 18. They fit and I look good. Now I want to be in a smaller size because I want to look my very best and for the health benefits. (Really just to say I can fit into size such and such, lol.) I got a new haircut the other day that is a shorty, short one. I think it would look better if my face was thinner. Can you tell I am being very vain right now? also got on the scale and went "oh crap!" I could not believe how much weight I had gained. The other day I watched infomercials about the Insanity and P90X workouts. I want to be able to do those and tell everyone I finished them both. So today it is back to blogging, tracking food, and working out. I just have to remember to take it one day at a time. emoticon

    You are SO right - this is a healthy lifestyle journey, and you can only do it one step at a time. It doesn't really matter how fast or slow we're traveling. What matters is that we're headed in the right direction. Know we're right alongside you, cheering you on!
