I had WW weighin on Tuesday. I am back to square one. I weighed same as the first day of joining WW! So I gained for first 3 weeks, then lost 3.9 lbs in next two and on Tuesday I was back to start.
For the entire of last week I:
Did not track calories
Did not work out (only thrice in the whole week)

This "yo-yo" is very frustrating. Some days the temptations are over whelming and restricted calories be damned. Yesterday I was just plain very-very hungry all day long. I ate healthy. Lots of salads. Dhal with mostly veggies in it.
I told my son how I am still hungry after eating and he told me to drink up some water. I did that. I was still "hungry".
This morning though I have lost .7 lbs.

I have worked out today in gym.
I have eaten 2 egg (a big change for me but trying to get that protein in and it is WW power food) and one whole wheat bread with one tea spoon of almond butter and 1/2 tea spoon of Jam. Two mugs of tea with FF half and half.

I am very determined to stay on target today.

  Thank you Dear Rain.
I worked out 3 days after not having worked out the whole wk. Fri/sat/sun to make it up.
I have noticed that I experience immediate weight gain if I miss out on work out. Which prolly means I am getting too many calories!

Yo-yoing ... been there, done that...and I totally agree -- VERY FRUSTRATING. But missy, u wrote "did not work out (only 3x whole week)...umm, thats called a contradiction :) You might not have worked out as much as you wanted to, but its still working out and most doctors actually tell you to work out at least 3x a week so you're doing whats expected to be healthy...i know you want to do whats needed to lose weight too (not just be healthy) so I hear ya but don't discount the 3 workouts...im sure it will pay off! Good luck!
