Small Changes...Big Results

Remember how I said that my small changes (bad) were effecting me in a big way? I also said that it works the other way. Just one day of small changes (for the better), and I am feeling MUCH better and the scale even says 4 lbs down! Now to continue on making right at a time!

    You're right - those small changes DO take you closer to where you want to go! It doesn't really matter how fast or slow we travel. What matters is that we're headed in the right direction!
