Great workout = great motivation

While I usually have done my workouts at 5am, I just can't get up this week. So, last night I went home and had dinner with Jenni then went to the gym. I usually get on the sofa and then just can't move after work...but after sending Jenni to her room to get her homework done, I figured why not do something for myself for a change. And I sure am glad I did! It was the best, most sweaty workout I've had in a long, long time. I am so motivated just from that workout yesterday, that I can't wait to go again today. Yesterday was a kick-butt cardio on the elliptical. Today I will do weights and then finish up with a little run on the treadmill...I am trying to work up to running for 5 minutes straight. I can so so much at the gym, but for some reason, I just can't run. So, I am going to work up by 30 second increments till I can do it for 5 minutes. Then when I can do that I will up it by half mile speeds till I get to 6 mph. It feels great to have a real goal. So happy today, so motivated, and so excited to get to the gym tonight. :-) Happy Wednesday to everyone!
