So, I'm only now sitting down to write this. I've worked out, I've had breakfast and lunch, I watched some more Biggest Loser (Season 11) and done a ton of other things. I actually ate breakfast today! I had a package of Belvita and a banana. And now I'm up to 1100 calories already for today. I'm not sure what I'll have for dinner yet. Chicken most likely.

Anyway, tool of the day!

Modelmydiet.com People used to use mvm.com and this takes that same tool and applies it strictly for showing weight loss. So here are my before and after images.
