So, this has been a crazy, crazy week, full of hectic-ness and setbacks, what with work, school, college transfer application deadlines... and now, a cold.
Luckily, I'll take this as an opportunity - to rest, load up on fruits and fluids, and just all around Spring detox. I've been doing 5 to 10 minutes stretching daily, even though I've sat out of my weekly gym workouts, and yesterday I just couldn't resist and took a salsa lesson.
I know, I know, that probably didn't help my cold any, but it sure fed my spirit!
