I shed tears of utter joy that today's weight loss is 2.6#s!!
well...I know not to get to comfortable with that but TODAY I rejoice in my victory. I did my weigh-in here at work and I'm down 1#. Of course I didn't tinkle before because they were cleaning the bathroom, but whatevaaaa... My body fat went down .01%, my BMI went down from 40.4 to 38.__! So I see consistency with everything reducing equally more or less. I was super happy to see my BMI go back down under 39. I think I was more excited about that than the weight loss.
On the Wii, the little woman starts out skinny and as she spins while you're being measured she gains weight (l0l). She announces proudly, you're obese... The goal I set on the Wii is to lose 3#s in 2 weeks. Well I'm less than a pound away from that.
I didn't workout yesterday. I was still feeling nauseous and extra sleepy so I went home ate lil something and went to bed. Took my meds and slept the night away. Today, I'm still a bit nauseous but better. Hopefully I'll make my workout today. On the agenda today:
1. Wogging and 30 minute walk
2. 95 squats
3. 50 second plank (I'll try but haven't planked in a few days)
4. Strength train
I may go to the gym instead of outdoor wogging. Depends on the weather. Right now it's windy and that causes the pollen to float and my allergies to get busy. So we shall see. Although I'm not back to loving the scale and trusting it I am satisfied today to see it move. Prayer works people!!! I keep pressing my way forward.
I got to say that I'm proud of my daughter and my niece. Both have picked up on my fitness and even though it's almost the end of February they are still going for it. They check in with me when they're struggling and they also let me know they're still at it. So wonderful to have peeps on the journey. My sister has recovered from her injuries and she's back to her in-house walking routine (she has MS). My brother has a active job and side business so he's always working out. My boo also has an activie job but does run and exercise more on the weekends. I think both of my nephews hit the gym as well. Now that leaves just my brother-in-law which never has had a weight issue but is very much into healthy eating. Now the cousins--- them I pray for ....
Well that's it for me for today. Losing weight makes me excited to keep at this - which I plan to do.
