Yesterday was not the sunfilled day I had hoped for but I did get some things accomplished. The best one being that I stuck to the dinner plan even though we ended up eating dinner at 830pm.
I read this article this morning and am surprised about the weight training statistic and depression alleviation. Definitely more of an incentive to work the dumbbells and keep trying a new strength exercise each week.
Goals for today:
Drink 96oz of water
Complete 2 reports
Clean up and set up guest room
Log 10 minutes of exercise besides the fitbit
Finish "State of Wonder"
