Yesterday was not the sunfilled day I had hoped for but I did get some things accomplished. The best one being that I stuck to the dinner plan even though we ended up eating dinner at 830pm. emoticon

I read this article this morning and am surprised about the weight training statistic and depression alleviation. Definitely more of an incentive to work the dumbbells and keep trying a new strength exercise each week.

Goals for today:

emoticon Drink 96oz of water emoticon

emoticon Complete 2 reports emoticon

emoticon Clean up and set up guest room emoticon

emoticon Log 10 minutes of exercise besides the fitbit

emoticon Finish "State of Wonder" emoticon

    I have been setting monthly goals, but I'm thinking I may have to switch to daily or even weekly goals so I can be a little more flexible. These are great goals for your day!

    Love it! I like lists too and generally try to keep them. I don't beat myself up if I don't get everything done so I do prioritize also. Great job!
