K. So I need to focus on my eating habits a bit more. I'm good all day then eat like crazy at night. So, gotta fill in the day time gaps to control the night time hunger.
I'm going to start bringing an afternoon snack to work again and also eating after work- we tend to eat dinner late. That's a start. One step at a time. . .
