Good Morning~ It was a good day yesterday. I also got a 9-min Sparkppl Arms with weights and chair workout at my desk yesterday at 11am. I like the little added boost it gives me for the day. I got 40 min of power yoga in this morning. Feeling pretty good! I didn't get in all my water in yesterday so I'm going to do better with that today. I am doing well on the smokes. Tuesday I had 5, Yesterday I had 6. I hope everyone has a healthy day!!!
