Wednesday - Jillian Michaels Circuit Training
This was the Rest Day on my Turbo Fire plan. I decided that the last 2 days were very hard core workouts so I took the rest day like it was scheduled. I will be back at the Turbo Fire plan today though and will be loving every drip of sweat that those workouts give me.
I was in my calorie range for the day.
I got in my 8 glasses of water in for the day.
Day 2 of 3 for the week for workouts!
