Although I did not feel great yesterday, I did measure my food, and I made it through the workout last night. It was a good one and had me sweating out the toxins as my friend Bradia said it would do.
Felt extra good to accomplish this on a day that my cold was keeping me at less than 100%
Same goals for today.
Walked 1.53 miles and 36.07 to go!!
Another walk before the snow. 2.21 miles. 33.86 to go.
