My action step is to write about all the improvement. Although I have not been on this journey very long, I have noticed a couple of changes taking place in my attitude.
Yesterday I made a stirfry dinner out of chicken breast, asparagus, green beans and broccoli and added brown rice for my carb. It was quite tasty and very healthy. I did have a sweet tooth, so I decided to eat a serving of Fiber One Chocolate Cereal. It had 80 calories and only 5 grams of sugar. A diabetic wonder cereal!

This is reason to celebrate because I would normally eat two servings of dinner and make brownies or some other unhealthy snack.
I have a long way to go, but I am pleased with my progress so far. If I can keep up the momentum, I know that I can reach my goal. I feel great on the inside and will look better on the outside very soon. I know this will stick this time. I am ready for the Donna that I was called to be and walk into my destiny. The future is BRIGHT!
