Although, I haven't pinpointed what has been going on with my calorie intake. I did stay in my range yesterday. Just doing that has boosted my self control. My knee is still feeling slightly swollen. But it has improved. I am taking it easy, being careful how I exercise with it. When I went swimming Sunday, I made a move that caused a pop that hurt for a few moments and then was fine. I should just go ahead and go to the doctor. I probably need some PT.
