Sometimes you make a change and the effects are different than expected. In an attempt to curtail late night drinking, eating, etc. I opted to go to be at 10 p.m. That was fine; read a little and knocked off early. On the other hand I forgot to do my daily blog (doing it now) and I woke up at 4 in the morning. Think I'll pick up that book and see if it doesn't help to shuffle me back to sleep.
