I didn't get a chance to weigh in this morning because my lack of sleep caught up to me and I overslept for work. No biggie lol at least I made it to work on time.

Yesterday's goals:
45 mins cardio - 35 missed by 10 mins
10 cups water - 16 emoticon
Fasting until 6pm - emoticon

Today's goals:
45 mins of cardio including week 2 day 2 of c25k
10 cups water
Feed day
