Just got done working out at Planet Fitness! I did the treadmilll on 10% Incline moving it 15% every now and then. WOW felt so good to kick some A$$ on that thing! Also did the 30 min circuit and some Ab machines! My uncle and my cousin are my inspiration. She has lost 40lbs and is now down to 180 and my Uncle was 520 and has lost 80 pounds so far. He has never missed a day at the gym in over 100 days. If he can do it i can do it. Its now 2am and -8 with the windchill! I will try and get some sleep and keep my craving im having right now at bay with some ice cold water! Have a fabulous day everyone!!

  tip for late night cravings.... ALMOND MILK!!

One cup = 60 calories.
I add a little sugar free caramel syrup.
