Are you ready for Week 3

Challenge is to track your food. For each day you track your food, earn 10 points. If you are within your calorie range, earn five bonus points. That gives a possible 105 points for the week.

Bonus challenge: 2 options...

1. If you don't regularly drink enough water, the bonus challenge is to increase your water consumption each day this week. You can try to increase your water intake by what you think is reasonable, 2 oz each day, half a cup, or a cup. Your choice. For each day you increase your water intake from the day before (or get 64 oz.), earn 10 bonus points. for a total of 70 for the week.

2. If you are a water drinker, your challenge is to keep it up. Earn 10 points per day that you drink 64 oz. of water, for a total of 70 points for the week.

Bonus Challenge: I am going to do both. I drink enough water on my work days, so I will continue to do that. I struggle on my days off, so I will follow plan 1 on those days.
