This week's challenge:
Challenge yourself this week to do 10 minutes of physical activity per day. For each day you do that, earn yourself 10 points, for a total of up to 70 points for the week.

The bonus challenge: Planning
Being healthy and changing habits take time, effort, and planning. The bonus challenge is to look ahead to NEXT week (week 3 of the challenge) and plan. Plan meals and snacks, plan time (for exercise, cooking, family, grocery shopping), scheduling, events, and appointments. Make a grocery list to avoid all that extra food buying. For each day you spend 10 minutes planning for next week, earn 10 bonus challenge points, for a total of 70 bonus points for the week.
