I hope all of my Spark friends are well and have had a awesome, productive day. I hope they have made wise food choices and stayed active for at least 3 10 minute intervals. I hope that they drank their 8 glasses of water and had a good nights sleep of at least 6-8 hours of sleep.
If you have then give yourself a PAT on the back and a smile on your face. I have had a very stressful day between work and home but GOD is good and loves and blesses me anyway. I will be strong and make it through these tough times ahead knowing God is in control and that he still sets on the Throne. i know his perfect plan will be executed in my life today. Praise him for he is Holy and good to me!!!
Praise God that i can see, hear, walk, talk , taste the many foods, and smell the fragrant roses.
