Rebuilding My Food Relationship

As of today, I'm rebuilding my relationship with food. I will view food as fuel for the body and therefore fuel my body with the right foods. I will no longer use food as a means to deal with certain emotions. I will continue to build healthy habits.

    The food the is the best fuel for the energy you want , need and desire should be in the most natural form or have an ingredient list of 5 or less and all the ingredients are readily recognized without a struggle to sound out the name of the chemical substitute
