Back on it

I'm happy. I finally got back on my elliptical, after a week and a half. And I've got to say, I do feel better for it. Granted it was only 20 min of exercise, but I still got back on track. And it does feel good to exercise again. I really must remember that fact next time I'm feeling like not exercising. It makes me feel good to exercise. Period.
