I've just joined Sparkpeople and trying to find my way around. I'm new to all of this and it's a bit overwhelming.
I just started reading my

book and got the

. I want a better "ME", a healthier me. I want to walk more, be able to play with the grand kids, just be able to do more than I have been.
I have what's called an easycycle and use it every day. Can crochet while I use it, watch TV, etc. I think I need to track how many times I go up and down the stairs and do some extra steps.
