C25K Week 5 Day 1

Running times increased to all 5 minute increments today. Added a small hill to my route, thought I was going to die for a minute! emoticon Obviously survived! emoticon Sophia was not super cooperative today emoticon Gotta love having a partner though! emoticon
Not sure that I like being able to see what the next training is going to be. It increases more for day 2 this week instead of staying the same all week like the previous 4 weeks. I'll try not to think about it too much between now and then! emoticon

    You can do it...you are right though...you do not want to know! LOL emoticon I finally finished my third 2.5 mile run and it was so hard MENTALLY not physically. go figure... emoticon emoticon
