Today is Thursday for me and it means my week is nearly has gone so so fast....I can't be,lieve that we have been back home for a week tomorrow although it actually seems longer than that in some ways....
Have had a few doses of my vitamin D this week which is good and I hope to continue sneaking some going forward....
O week has gone well for me although I haven't been at a lot of the activities but have connected with some students....
Have also had some down time and am doing not too bad today with eating....
Am looking to hit my goal at WI next week and continuing to achieve it from here on in.....
Am thinking that I maybe getting some balance going here and starting the year out the way I mean to finish it.....

Woohoo! We're getting better at this dieting thing! It takes time but we are getting there and it seems to be becoming a way of life.

Yes - time flies... make the most of every moment. It seems like you do that better than I do. :-)
