Wow! I had a good workout day! I just love how my trainer pushes me. We had a great leg workout. Then this evening I tried a new Zumba class. I do like dance because I don't feel like I'm exercising so I think I found my instructor. She was the highest energy and had a simple technique. It was a great combination. Had a blast!
My body is changing and now I like looking at me in the mirror to make sure I got my moves right:-) Can't wait for my gut to tighten up!!!!
