That still left my legs shaking!
Took it easy today, wasn't really feeling the gym and as the night wore on wasn't really feeling in the mood to work out at all. But got a small second win so I squuezed in a Barre workout before I got ready to relax and head to bed.
Ballet Sculpt: Legs and glutes--Its a 10 minute video so I ran through it twice :)
Small movements for the majority but very deep on the muscles. I do love that they add modifications
