Wednesday, February 20, 2013

How much weight did you drop before you changed a dress size ?
I'm currently down 14 pounds of fat , and yet I'm still stuck at size 18
Clothes are a bit loser and I did take a side view pic I'm jan and in feb and there's a bit of change.

I'm happy but I really want out of 18 please !!!!!

Okay venting done .

I guess I will say that I am interested in what weight I will be when I drop a size

The whole size thing can be very frustrating. One day, it will just happen... but until then, just have faith and keep up the good work. emoticon

It varies so much for every different body but, for me I went from a 18W to 16 (No W) at 25 lbs. I was so tired of being a size 18 that felt like it took forever.

Congrats on your loss! emoticon

It's different from everybody. I weigh 198 lbs right now, and I can wear small T-shirts and a size 6 jeans. I have a friend that is 183, and she wears large t-shirts and a size 14 jeans. It's according to your body! Keep up the good work! You'll get there! Goodluck on your journey!

Congratulations on losing 14 lbs!!!! That is awesome.

I suggest you keep going and every once in a while go out and try things on. Eventually you will hit a whole new range. As you may know, sizing is far from perfect. I can wear anyone of 3 sizes depending on the item, brand etc. It's wild--and I've been at same weight and measurement for months.

It's a great journey to stay with. And fun to see the clothing sizes shrink!

You go girl!! You will get there.

I jumped from a size 18 to a size 14 and from there to a size 10. It seemed like I quit losing weight then started losing inches. I am currently back to losing weight again. You CAN do it!!

I think it really depends on your height and how you carry your weight. I have carried most of mine in my midsection so it takes me longer to lose a pants size. I had to lose 30lbs before I dropped to my first size/before anyone noticed. Keep working hard and it will pay off! :)

Some people just drop a few pounds and drop sizes. Others have to drop lots of weight because they lose up top first. Just keep it up. You will get there.

I can totally relate. Stuck at that size, as well. Fitting in 16W, but looking forward to getting into sizes out of the Women's section.
