Sharing entries from my personal notes to myself on my food tracker for anyone who happens by and needs to see real struggles BUT still say, hell yes, I am successful. When I get discouraged I check back on my Sparkpage to see the ups and downs I've been through for the last year and a half then OWN the lbs I have kept off and refute the ones I gain by starting over again and again.

1/21/13
1,252 Calories Binge is over! Started period Sat 1/19 today is Monday. Stayed in control with no problem. Snuck in a weigh in at 186. Hope that is at least 3 lbs of bloat...will re weigh Thursday and Monday as official.

Looking back at notes- binged for about 7 days.

1,672 Calories Over at supper but not a bad day...just not under 1500.

1,961 Calories Over but no binge. However, very emotional.

5,000 Calories Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day! BINGE!

1,319 Calories Trying to get back on track!

1,703 Calories Over but in control. Lots of chicken and still hungry.

2,094 Calories So HUNGRY! Overrate but did not binge....

1,536 Calories Started my period? Hope food can level out. Not so bad today.

1,602 Calories Over but ate all within reason except a flatbread with garlic was impulsive!

1,501 Calories Feeling more normal, level, less bloated....period is about over. Eating was pretty good today. Had to battle but not really hard. Planned for every calorie though I did go over a little.

1,487 Calories Good day! But I must say top of cal range is where I am right now! Holding on to 188 lbs. - goal is to get those 10lbs gained OFF of me. Even saw 192, OMG!

    It's good to write things down. It's helps to see where things can be tweaked and improved.

    I struggle with keeping my calories in check. Some days I do really good and others is way off. Just keep trying.
