Day 173, Loving Myself Healthy

Today has been a great day. I taught two classes this morning. We had our monthly, adult swim group LUNCH together. That was a lot of fun. Then it was time to get home and babysit. My ride picked me up earlier than I really needed to get to work so I went ahead and put on my MP3 player (waterproof of course) and worked out for about 40 minutes before time for my class. I really love to workout to music. It felt great to have a good workout by myself. Then it was time for my deep water class. One of the ladies who used to come a lot but has been absent was there. It was good to see her. I got a ride home with one of the other ladies and DH had a nice dinner waiting for me. Now it's time for bed. I'm really tired.

My calories are mid-range. My exercise is HIGH. I feel very good about my program. My Biggest Loser weigh in is tomorrow. I am worried about it because I have been taking a medication that usually causes me to retain fluid. A total bummer. I've been doing really well with the BLC this winter and NOW if I am retaining fluid I could blow it. Think happy thoughts!

    Keep posotove and know that if you are not down this month once you are aoff the meds you will get back to losing. You know you an do this.

    Good luck! Hopefully the scale will show you what you want to see but if not, you are on program, are exercising a lot, and are succeeding!

    A good day for you! I'm with TATTER3, it sure would be fun to have a SparkFriends class, wouldn't it?

I hope your weigh-in is good but if it isn't what you had hoped for, you know it's from the medication. You've been doing so many good things for yourself that I know you won't be participating in Scale Derail!
