Calories weren't good. I overate at dinner. Dinner is my weakness during the week. Never fear! My mother was there on the phone to remind me that I have a dress to fit in by my sister's wedding in April!
I did get in 20 minutes on my bike though. Three days of exercise in a row! Woohoo!
I've just really got to focus on my nutrition. Somehow. Where there is a will, there is a way. I just can't seem to find it, but I am not giving up. One day, I will find a way.
