Save a mama from the drama!

Wednesday, February 20, 2013

I'm having a *blah* day, but I'm still not emotionally eating, stayed within calorie range, worked out hard with personal trainer. I just feel bad about yesterday having a fight with DS14 , who is full of teenaged angst. There's a snowstorm predicted for tomorrow, and I don't want to be stuck in the house with a potential drama scene. I'm drinking camomile tea and listening to relaxing music, & doing laundry.

Please don't snow so hard it closes the schools.

Minutes this week, running total:
Cardio: 70
Strength: 230
In calorie range: 6

emoticon staying strong! I remember praying for school one day last year when it snowed. Just couldn't handle the kids home. Thankfully I got my wish. Hang in there with your teen. I have 2 teen boys. I'm starting to see a glimmer of maturity coming from my oldest

Such a tough age. Glad you didn't let it let it suck you in to emotional eating.

I don't want the bad weather either. My hubby and son have to work and I don't like them driving 11 to 14 miles in it.

I want to go to school too so we don't have to make up any more snow days. My youngest is 18 and graduates in May. He thinks because he's 18 he's an adult. We sat down last week and had a long talk. It was well worth it. He's had a much better attitude. Good luck!
