Good hump day Sparkfam!

I mean I have to admit I love sparkpoints and today I hit it BIG! I got 25points on the wheel & then I got 25 for being on the site for the past 25days! My total points for today is 204points! Come on do the happy dance with me...

Today, I walked but I need to hit the weights. They are good for my heart & yours too. So make sure you don't bypass weight training...

    You are SMOKIN'! In the good way, of course. You get more points, & more exercise minutes, than anyone else I know here on SP! emoticon

I got in some really good cardio today too, but I'm definitely needing to add in the ST. It makes such a big difference!
