I have waited to make a blog entry for a while because I kept posting that I was going to change my ways but I never did. So instead I started the working out first. I have been going to the gym since the second week of January. It has been amazing. The pain that I was in has been less extreme. I made the realization that when I workout, my body feels better. Even if I don't lose weight, I figured out how much better I feel with exercise. Although with the way my body has been, I better be losing some weight even if I haven't yet. Now that I am in the habit of working out, I need to figure out a good nutrition plan. I have been craving meat, but I know I don't get enough vegetables.

    Good for you. Remember that nutrition is 80% of the equation.
