We got snow lastnight, it was the thick wet kind which kind of makes everything a little slick. That's the way the roads were this morning, but I got into work fine. This afternoon, the sidewalks were a little slick. I did a Leslie Sansone walk at thome tape this afternoon. Wasn't sure if I would get a good cardio work out outside. Got one in inside though. Yestarday I went over the 2000 calorie mark, but not by much. Got all my goals done yestarday as well.
My goals for Thursday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
