Emotional eating

I find that when I am tired or getting ready for my monthly cycle, I tend to overeat. I want to work on finding a better way to handle these emotions. From this day forward, I will get up and move (take a walk in the parking garage or up and down the stairs) for about 10 minutes to get me out of that funk!

    I am sorry that that happens. It has happened to me too. I did take a walk the other day even though I had cramps, and it really helped. I hope you can figure out a way to get it under control. emoticon
