Nothing very spectacular about today. I apparently needed sleep because I went into hibernation and over slept almost 2 hours this morning. I cleaned the house, got in 30 minutes on the bike and two spark videos (Bootcamp Day: 3 and the 10 minute Pilates thighs). It's been a slow day as I slept in so much I'm tired.
I had a quesadilla for breakfast loaded with spices, salad for lunch, some dark chocolate after my workout (really nutritious body fuel there) and dinner will be Chicken Helper because, hey, I'm feeling lazy today.
I seen a friend yesterday while we were out about running errands because everyone is expecting a blizzard. She was one of those friends you were close with until they disappeared into soccer mom land. She said she loved my hair, told me I look like I'm getting so fit and then mentioned she gained 38 pounds this last year and without another word just walked off. I'm honestly not sure how to take that. I guess everyone got used to it the other way around...I was their 300+ lb friend and they looked like toothpicks next to me. What they don't realize is that now that they are "my size" I'm more understanding than they realize. I'm also more jealous of her than she knows. I'd gladly gain my weight back and start my loss over if I could trade it for 3 kids. *shrugs*
I'm hoping we don't get the snow they are calling for because tomorrow is my jogging day. I want to get myself ready for the April's Fools Run but, walking/jogging in the house really isn't going to give me the prep I want or need. I'm staying glued to Craigslist lately with my intentions set on a cheap treadmill. We really don't have the space for it but, I'll make it fit. Even if I have to throw out my ugly love seat and use a lawn chair (that couldn't sound more redneck if I tried).
Anyhow, off to start dinner.
