First day back to the gym since Friday

So today was my first day back to the gym since Friday. It makes me sad but I also know that I burned a ton of calories over the past few days. Saturday I went snow tubing for the first time in forever at bear creek and I went up the escalator once with my tube (my first time up) then walked up the mountain the next 4 times I got to go before our trips session was over. 4 times! And that was a pretty high mountain (I wish I knew how high) but I was damn proud of myself for doing that. And I was carrying a heavy tube on my back the whole way. Next day my arms were killing me though. They are still a little sore. Sunday we moved starting at like 9am and we stopped at 2:30 for lunch with our helpers (some showed up at 11 like scheduled and some didn't show til 1 then one person showed up right when we were leaving to get food) ate food came back and started the unpacking process until 10pm! Then ate food watched a movie and passed out. Did some small unpacking on Monday and a lot of running around yesterday was a little more chill so I definitely had to hut the gym and get back on my program and it was hard! Ugh. Trying to get back in the swing of things now that I have the space I can do workouts at home if I want :)
