I just got Jillian Michaels "Slim for Life" book. I really help it can give me a few things that will boost my journey a little. I am still going pretty strong and feel good about this.
I will be having the hubby help me with measurements tonight so hopefully I will get those posted tomorrow. I am really hoping to see smaller numbers but if I don't yet I won't let it get me down because I know I am working hard to become a healthier me.
I know this is yet another short one but that was all I needed to get out for today!!!
