Day 49

Life has been very busy lately.. BUT good too.
I have been in rehearsals for the past 2 months straight. But this month has been filled. I am in a play called :Xernona and the DRAGON X. I will be on stage with a wonderful cast at the STRAND THEATRE-- this is a big deal for me. (so excited and nervous at the same time). The Mayor Thomas Menino should be out in the crowd, along with my family and the city of Boston. OMG!!!!!!!! This is a moment to remember.

Hubby is still waiting for that call back to start the new job. Its been 3 months, and I am waiting patiently as well. It has been tough but GOD gives me the strength to have faith. Because I do know that he will see me through it. "TROUBLES DON'T LAST ALWAYS".

Work outs.

working out. At times, I'm so tired in the evening I have skipped 1 or 2 days but I jump right back on it.
P90x...... trying to finish up this week 5 so I can move right along. ( I know once the rehearsals slow down I will be able to keep up with the program more.
I haven't lost any weight.. but it seems like I have lost inches.. not that much but something.
I just want to lose this last 10 lbs so bad. I'm actually tired of seeing 154-155.. It's disappointing but I also try not to obsess with the numbers either

40 mins Kenpo X- done (kickboxing)

OK.. Meals
I have to say I have done pretty good still. I can't really think of any days that I really was disappointed with myself.

8 oz of milk
grape fruit- 1
1 scramble egg
2 waffles

spinach/ground turkey lasagna I made.

11 am--4 small choc chip cookies-(160-180 cals)....not even going to sweat
1:30pm ---ice cream snicker bar- 280 cals
3:45pm----3 peanut butter crackers

I have to buy food-
pelau (west Indian dish)- chicken/rice and I will order some veg as well.

I have rehearsal tonight so I will walk from work to there, maybe 25 min walk.
and Yoga before I head to bed.
Performance in the morning (THURSDAY)...
