Week 3 day 2

Week 3 day 2 done. I am using Podrunner intervals c2 5k this time around and I keep spacing the sound indicating to switch so I just kept in running mode today most of the time. I was never a fast runner but I seem to find a pace easily and then can just go and go. I am kinda glad I didn't lose that while I wasn't running. The one thing I need before spring is a pup. My poor Sami is getting arthritis in his leg with the pin. I don't run outdoors without a dog. If I can't find another Elkhound, another Husky would be just great. Oh well, I have a long ways to go before I will be seen outdoors anyway.
