starting over, AGAIN

So yesterday I started atkins again. I have been stuck at the same weight for over a year now. I have not been doing my best watching what I eat, but I do exercise five days a week. Atkins seems to be the only way I can take off the weight.

    And it's great for your health too! Check your health numbers just a few weeks after starting up again. Blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol often adjust favorably very quickly.
