in the past week have been following spark program fairly closely, but consuming fewer calories than recommended and fewer carbs. This has resulted in about a pound a day weight loss. While I realize his won't continue, I am pleased at my progress. Sometimes I feel so much self loathing that I didn't do this before. Today should be an exercise day of rest, but trying to figure out how to get step count up and keep moving.
