I don't have OCD but come on!

I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels the OCD kick in when it comes to starting this life changing event: being healthy, loosing weight, becoming more active, etc. I can not stand it but it always happens. When I have done my research and found that motivation to kick it into gear, I always find my interdialog saying "Okay so I'll start Monday" or "Now that I have everything in order the 1st is when I'll start". Why is that?! It drives me insane! Because I know it doesn't matter, that if I am truly ready I'll start right then! But I can't help it, please, save me the disgrace and tell me I'm not the only one!
P.S. I signed up for a 7 day pass to a gym down the road from my work. I printed off the pass today and guess what...Wednesdays are by appointment only (for the pass, it's a 24/7 unsupervised gym, except a window during the day of a handful of hours) I then drove back home declaring to return tomorrow. I checked my email when I got home and I had one from the gym asking me when I wanted to sign up for the pass (I had to do that?!?) I signed up starting Monday :(
