Day 1 went real well. I was feeling a little sluggish after a long unhealthy President's Day weekend, but managed to go through the day without a hitch. The workout was real tough, but I pulled through. Felt fantastic afterwards. I went through the eating no problem, partly because I was still a bit full from the other day, but mostly because this diet requires that I ingest something every 3 hours.
Today I'm feeling a bit more hungry throughout the day, but I think it's more craving than actual hunger, and by now I'm able to tell the difference.
Yesterday was upper body, and today is lower body. I get a rest day tomorrow, then it's Friday and Saturday. Because I'm not allowed to drink any alcohol, I should be able to keep the cravings down, and the activity up. The school where my soccer meetup group plays at is closed for the week, so that'll resume on Monday. That's when the real workouts happen. Two a days? Whoa.
Going to be a long 3 weeks, but hella worth it.
