Planning ahead

Today my challenge from my spark coach was to plan meals ahead. So I made some roasted chicken breast, salad, hard boiled eggs, and cut up some fruits and veggies. All things that make a quick healthy nutritious meal. This will definitely help me stay on track! Have a great day sparkers emoticon emoticon
