Staying accountable today

Back in town, another all day shopping day, by myself this time. I had to square away the bus tickets, pic some groceries up, got to make my sons lunch for the next two days of school due to two full days of being prop guy for a play they are practicing for at school. I picked him up some cold meat, swiss cheese wheat rolls and grapes.

Of course, everytime I go into town and shop, I always have this thing about I have to eat out somewhere. So lately I have been coming to a happy medium with that because I have tried to stop many times, I have tried to pack really good lunches and that does not work for me either. So again, where did I go....JRECK Subs, lol. I had the same half of cheese sub and one small soda with ice. Not bad...but I did not have the urge to finish the soda, I almost grabbed it and finished it anyway but I just watched a vlog from Janemarie77 about a bag of chips not being finished by her son. So I said, yes, she caught my attention with that vlog, so I just got up and emptied my tray with the left over soda and all. Yes I did it, I did not feel I had to finish it. I want to move more towards that way of thinking.

Again I was at walmart, parked at the end of parking lot even though it was so cold and snow was whipping in my face, I made it into store, somewhat breathless but I will get better from moving more after awhile.

I also shopped some second hand shops, found a nice rug for my dog Yankee, everytime he tries to jump on Ben's bed, he slips due to the new floor, so this will work, has a nice rubber back. Picked up some craft lace and threads. I made out pretty well with alot of things I carried back here, well got to go, need to pick my son up from school from the play. By Sparkers.
